Telenet - Advisor Portal
Telenet plays a leading role at the crossroads of digital television, broadband internet and telephony. To better serve the Telenet advisors in the call-center and their customers, Telenet required a new system that consolidated all actual information on a specific client, including their historical data. Instead of having to look up all of this information themselves, call-center employees can now focus on improved service and even create a sales opportunity. This Advisor Portal solution was implemented using an agile approach.
